Yes. Hoursbill is a fully local desktop app. All your data is stored on your own device and the app works without an internet connection. An internet connection is only required when sending invoices by email.

After installing the app, you get 14 days to try all features for free — no payment or credit card required. After the trial period, a licence is required to continue using the full app. Your data is never deleted.

Yes. Invoices can be exported as PDF files for sharing or record-keeping.

You can track billable time by client and project. When you're ready to invoice, your tracked time sessions can be added directly to an invoice as line items.

Yes. Hoursbill supports multiple currencies. You can set a default currency and change it per client or invoice.

No account creation is required. Hoursbill is a desktop-first app. Your data stays on your device and you don't need to log in to use it.
